These terms apply to all Kin Morrow experiences. By joining a Kin Morrow chapter, you agree to the following.

Booking & payment
Your spot is confirmed once we receive your booking details and payment.

After your initial inquiry, you will receive a confirmation and invoice.
Payment terms will be shared clearly at that moment.

Cancellation
Life happens — we understand. However, due to the nature of small group experiences, cancellations may impact the group and planning.

For this reason:

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

• In some cases, we may help find a replacement family

We recommend arranging your own travel insurance.

Responsibility
Kin Morrow curates and organises the experience, working together with trusted local partners.

While we take great care in designing each chapter, participation is at your own responsibility. Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.

Changes
Sometimes things shift: weather, local conditions, or small adjustments in planning. We always aim to keep the experience as intended, but flexibility is part of travel.

Health & safety
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or specific needs before the start of the trip.

Content & imagery
During the week, we may capture photos and videos to share the Kin Morrow experience.

If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let us know in advance.
